With a local rep as the “best wings in the valley,” these popular party wings are hot and dressed to impress. Chef Frankie’s hot sauce creation is a nod to the original 1964 Buffalo wings recipe made with Frank’s RedHot. This version is smoothly cut with rosemary compound butter and pairs well with an IPA, off-dry riesling or martini.
